Who we are
The people
behind the homes
We are Sylwia and Marcin — a Polish family who moved to Lagos and fell in love with the Algarve way of life. We started HomeToCasa because we wanted guests to experience the Algarve the way we do: as a home, not a hotel.
Every property in our collection is one we have personally visited, stayed in, and believe in. We are never more than a WhatsApp message away — before, during, and after your stay.
How it started
We fell in love
with Algarve
HomeToCasa was born from a simple idea — that holiday rentals should feel like a home, not a hotel. We moved to Lagos and fell in love with the Algarve’s light, the ocean, and the way of life. We wanted to share that with others.
We started with one property. Today we manage 10 homes across Lagos and the surrounding area — each one carefully selected, personally visited, and lovingly maintained.
We believe in direct relationships — with our guests, with our property owners, and with the community around us.

We personally greet every guest and are always available — by phone, WhatsApp or email. You talk to us, not a call centre.
